Atlanta WordPress Users Group December Meetup

2.7 is out. You can open up an account at Wordpress.com to learn the new layout and become familiar with the new design if you don't have your own site up and running yet.

There are a lot of new changes to the layout so this is a good time to start using the new Wordpress.

Some have had difficulty logging in at the library so I'm changing the location to Panera Bread.

Before coming to the meeting you will need:

1. A website with mySQL database and php (very common these days) If you need help finding a hosting company please contact me, I'll be happy to help.
2. Have FTP access codes
3. Create your mySQL before class and print out the login information
4. A FTP file transfer program like fileZilla (I like coreLite). If your not sure come early to class for set up.

Call your hosting company if you have any trouble, they will be happy to help walk you through any of the steps above.
