Updating to 2.7 (This s a major rebuild for WordPress)

2.7 was expected to be out on the 10th, this is a major rebuild similar to 2.5. Hopefully most of the plugins should be updated by the Dec 6th.

The layout and media management will be completely new and if there is enough time we will go through these.
