I think a NYC meetup group for WordPress is long overdue. If you're a WP user/enthusiast here's your chance to meet some others that talk your language. Absolute beginners or those just taking an interest are totally invited to come as well as all the daily users/power users and minor WP dieties. ;) This will be the first monthly NYC WP Meetup so this is one you won't want to miss out on! Let's get together, talk a little shop, exchange ideas, and just have some fun.

The Where for this meetup is completely tenuous and more of a landmark right now than anything else until I get some feedback about who will be coming from where, personal preferences and such.

Feel free to get in touch and I'm looking forward to meeting those that can make it!

We managed to get Cliff on the right path with his WP blog and website which I see he's already taken off and run with. WTG Cliff! Very small group but it was still interesting seeing the different perspectives of even this extremely small microcosm of Wordpress users. Looking forward to doing it again next month! ”
